Quotes
- Quotes are based on the information you provide, including sizes, quantities, materials, artwork, site details and required date.
- If project details change, or site conditions differ from the information provided, the quote may need to be revised.
- Submitting a quote request does not place an order. An order is confirmed when you approve the quote and the required details.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Artwork, Proofs and Approval
- You are responsible for checking spelling, wording, phone numbers, dimensions, colors and layout on every proof before approving it.
- Production begins after approval. Errors in approved artwork are the customer's responsibility.
- Colors on screens and printed proofs can differ from the finished product because of materials, lighting and production method.
- Files that are low resolution or not production-ready may need design or artwork preparation, which can affect cost and timing.
Your Content and Rights
By sending us logos, artwork, photographs or text, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline any project or content at our discretion.
Measurements, Property Approvals and Permits
- Approximate measurements are enough to begin, but final production may require confirmed measurements or a site review.
- You are responsible for obtaining landlord, property-management or association approval where it is required.
- Permit requirements, and who obtains the permit, are confirmed with the quote for each project.
Production Time
Production times are estimates. They depend on artwork readiness, approvals, materials, permits, weather for outdoor work and the production schedule. Include your required date with your request so we can confirm what is possible.
Payment
Prices, deposits and payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice.
Pickup, Delivery and Installation
- Orders can be picked up from our Houston shop. Delivery and installation are available depending on the product, project address and schedule, and are confirmed with the quote.
- For installation, you are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and accurate information about the mounting surface and any hidden utilities.
Custom Products
Because signs, banners, engraving and printed items are made to your specifications, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where required by law. If there is a production error on our part, contact us promptly and we will review it.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by approvals, permits, weather or other events outside our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
